Keys are available after 4.00 on your arrival day. Guests can arrive earlier by prior arrangement. Please vacate your room/s before 11.00 am on your day of departure. If you plan to arrive after 6.00 pm please let us know so we can make plans for key collection. A 50% deposit is required on all bookings with the remainder due two weeks before arrival. In the event of a cancellation the deposit is not refundable. Please note that we cannot accept credit or debit card payments.
